The annual ARO Dinner and Dance will be held on Saturday 28th January 2017 in the Arden Suite, at the Ardencote Manor Hotel,Times TBC.
Tickets are available at the standard rate of £40. Tickets can be paid for through ARO client accounts if in credit, or you can send a cheque payable to ARO Ltd, to: Gemma Cobb, ARO, The Racecourse, Newbury, RG14 7NZ.
We have 40 double rooms being held in the Lakeside building, until 4th January, at a discounted rate of £90, including breakfast. You are encouraged to book rooms with the hotel as soon as possible due to the limited availability. Guests book these directly with the hotel, quoting ‘Arabian Racing’.
There will be 10 guests seated per table, these can be booked as a group of 10 or we can seat smaller groups together. We will distribute a menu to all guests in advance, as meal choices need to be sent to me allowing time to pre order meals 10 days prior to the event. There will be a Sparkling Wine drinks reception, with a cash bar available to all guests throughout the evening.
