Wolverhampton was the UK's first floodlit racecourse, offering both afternoon and evening racing all year round. Amongst the excellent facilities available, it also boasts an on-site Holiday Inn Hotel. It is a left handed Polytrack, All Weather track with an oval circuit of about 1 mile with about 1 1/2 furlong run in. The 6f and 7f races start from chutes, each located on the outside.
