Please note: All forms should be returned to the ARO Office a minimum of 3 working days before the opening of entries for the race in which you wish to take part. Please ensure that all forms are completed fully and clearly as failure to do so will result in a delay in processing the forms.

Late Administration Fee
Please note that in 2012 an administration charge will be due in respect of any late registrations. Late registrations will be judged by their marked post date. The fee is to be determined by ARO and is to be made at the sole discretion of ARO. Forms can also be faxed to +44 (0) 1635 230200.

Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by post. Thereafter information will be available in the following formats:

Website Access – (FREE) All information is available from the website, including entries, declarations, results re-opened races, racing calendars, ratings, regulation book and all up to date news.
Email Service – (FREE) This service ensures that all information is emailed at the appropriate times, including entries & declarations, previews, results & reviews, re-opened races, weekly ratings, racing calendars, ratings, Regulation Book.
Postal Service – (£45.00) All information is posted at the appropriate times, including entries & declarations, re-opened races, weekly ratings, Racing Calendars, ratings.
